I didn't like this machine

I bought this model sewing machine from Walmart last December for the same price that Amazon is offering. The plastic thread case worried me when I saw it because I wondered how long it would last because it's not high quality. I have been sewing for over 30 years and I sat at that machine for over two hours trying to wind a bobbin. The machine just couldn't wind a bobbin properly! I tried technical support with absolutely no luck. Hoping that maybe I just happen to have a lemon, I returned the machine to Walmart and picked up an identical machine. I brought the machine home and first thing I did was try to wind a bobbin. A full spool later and no luck. All the bobbins I tried to wind were unusable. I returned that machine and bought a Janome. I have learned that Walmart has discontinued carrying this model along with other major stores. I guess Brother dumped all of them off here at Amazon.
