I purchased the Brother 60 Stitch Computerized Free Arm Sewing Machine just recently and have used it dozens of time already (from curtains to shirts). It works beautifully. I searched for quite a while before picking this one. I didn't really want to spend too much money but was willing to if I had to. It looks as if I was right with this choice This machine is perfect for my needs. It's light, easy to use, consistent, and reliable (according to all sorts of ratings). I definitely would recommend it.
