light weight but not a lightweight!

This is one tough little machine. It's a very easy to use, basic, light weight, strong machine. My husband is a climber who has never used a machine but wanted to sew some tubular nylon webbing on some of his climbing gear. I've been wanting a machine for general household use that had a metal body and was portable and not heavy or bulky. Not only did he master his sewing in a short time with the easy use of this machine but it went through all the layers like butter. I'll let you know my experience with it when he lets me use it!
(I also bought the carrying case separately for $19.99 and it was well worth it for storage)
