loved it
by Customer A26CE0RSHG98LO at July 29th, 2007
i loved this book, beautiful photos, lovely overall. the patterns are in a built in pocket inside the cover, which is very handy. and the best part is, they're patterns i'll actually make. some of them are pretty basic, but still very nice.
Perfect!

I adore Lotta Jansdotter's fresh Scandinavian sensibility! This book is absolutely beautiful and contains good projects for beginners. Everything about it is inspiring, from the patterns themselves to her sense of color. Highly recommended!
Nice book - why bother with the suggested suppliers if they don't have websites!
by Customer A320KO57OCBQSR at July 08th, 2007
I thought this book was quite cute. The patterns are easy to understand and execute. My only complaint is that many of the websites she mentions for suppliers either do not have websites/catalogs or are so expensive that it isn't worth buying from then since you'd have to hock a kidney to buy just 1 yard of fabric!
Easy projects

I'm in the middle of one project from this book for beginner level sewers. So far I like how the book is simply laid out and am looking forward to doing some of the higher level projects as I have time. This book provides straightforward instructions and is a good way for someone who is just learning to get some practice.
