There might be shipping problems, but I ordered it...and received it 5 days later. I am very pleased with the machine - ease of use, good features, great price, free shipping (Super Saver from amazon). Overall very good buy for the price.

I would love to rate this more fairly BUT I can't because even though I ordered this machine 5 weeks ago, they are saying it won't be shipped for another 2 weeks and I won't receive this machine until around December 11.
Shipping states 1-2 weeks........Don't count on it

The machine was ready to go out of the box and simple to use. The instruction booklet is clear and concise. I would recommend this machine to a novice sewer like myself!
